Reverse osmosis equipment is an important component of the operation of purified water equipment, pure water equipment, and ultrapure water equipment systems.It is also a place where equipment is more prone to problems.Keruite hereby compiles a guide to 12 common problems in the daily operation of reverse osmosis equipment, providing quick and convenient troubleshooting methods and corresponding solutions for users of reverse osmosis equipment.

The corresponding solutions for the malfunction of reverse osmosis equipment
Reverse osmosis equipment has the following 12 most common problems:
1. The possible causes of low water pressure are:
(1) The inappropriate rate of water flow;
(2) System leakage;
(3) The pressure of the water at the inlet of the high-pressure pump is low or there is leakage in the pump part;
(4) Scale formation of precision filter element;
(5) High-pressure pump failure.
2. The high water pressure may be caused by:
(1) The outlet valve of the high-pressure pump is not adjusted properly;
(2) The reverse osmosis tube from the high-pressure pump to the plug;
(3) Adjust the concentration of water on the door to close or block, and discharge low-concentration water from the flow;
(4) The recovery rate is too low.
3. The reasons for low recovery rate may be:
(1) The flow rate of water is too high;
(2) Low water pressure or concentration.
4. The reasons for high recovery rate may be:
(1) The water supply pressure is too high;
(2) The flow rate of water is not enough;
5. The reason for the high drop in the reverse osmosis equipment may be at both ends:
(1) The flow rate of concentrated water is high;
(2) pollution of membrane components;
6. The reason for stopping the high-pressure pump may be:
(1) The pressure of the pump water is too high (over 1.7 MPa);
The inlet water pressure of the pump is too low (less than 0.05 MPa).
The reasons for the reduction in the production of reverse osmosis pure water equipment may be:
(1) Low water temperature;
(2) Low water pressure;
(3) the concentration of high-concentration and high-osmotic-pressure water caused;
(4) Membrane pollution.
8. The production equipment for reverse osmosis water may be increased due to:
(1) High water pressure;
(2) The temperature of the water is high.
The reason why the production conductivity of the reverse osmosis equipment and the conductivity of the water are simultaneously increased may be:
(1) pollution concentration of water pipeline or concentrated water valve;
(2) The recovery rate is too high.
The high conductivity of reverse osmosis water production equipment is due to the high concentration of water, and the high pressure drop of each unit may be caused by membrane element contamination, which limits the concentration of water flow rate.
The high conductivity of the reverse osmosis water production equipment increases the pressure drop at both ends of each pressure vessel, and the low flow rate of the product may be due to membrane element contamination.
12. At the end of each droplet of the pressure vessel, when the flow rate of product water is low, the increase in conductivity of the product water may be due to contamination of the membrane element channel or traffic congestion.
