1. Use specialized sterile bottles for sampling, and refrigerate at low temperature (2-8 ℃) after sampling;
2. Before sampling, fully open the water outlet of the sampling point and drain for 3 minutes;
3. After turning off the water, use sterilized tweezers to wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the faucet three times with medicinal cotton soaked in 75% ethanol (or with medicinal cotton swabs soaked in 75% ethanol), and drain for another 3 minutes;
4. Water intake requirements: Use a dedicated sterile bottle to sample and collect water to 1/3 volume, wash 3 times, and then collect at least 1500ml of water as required (for physical and chemical testing); Not less than 200ml (for microbial limit detection); Not less than 100ml (entrusted inspection TOC) for sealing.
Note: Both total organic carbon and volatile oxides can be selected as one option.
