Jiangxi Longlai Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009 by Dr. Wu Shengwen, a renowned overseas expert who returned to China. It was completed in 2011 and merged with the American company Kairuist (Suzhou) Biochemical Co., Ltd. at the end of 2012. Currently, Dr. Wu Shengwen serves as the President of the merged new company and also serves as the Chairman and General Manager of Longlai Company. The company is led by internationally renowned investment bank Kaipeng Huaying from the United States, with other investors including Israel, Hong Kong, Japan, Suzhou, and Jiangxi Venture Capital. The company invested 100 million yuan in personnel in the early stage
